How to upload labels for new bottle
Getting Started
Download a QR Code Reader from your Apple or Google Store.
We recommend getting 'QR Code Reader' from Scan, Inc (You can choose to use any QR Code Scanner APP)

Install this application into your mobile device.
Start the 'QR Reader APP' from your mobile device.
If you are using 'QR Code Reader', we recommend the following settings.
Next, look for the QR label on the wine bottle (usually on the left side of wine label).
Scan the QR Code label using your QR Code Reader (touch the screen to focus the scanner on the QR code).
The QR Reader APP will bring you to the LeeWine.com login page (or menu page if you are already login).
Login
To login the application, enter your assigned PIN and click on 'Go' button.
Main Menu
After login, you will have 3 basic options (more if you have special rights).
The first textbox allows you to enter the Wine Code (automatically filled if access via QR code).
Click on 'Logout of XXXX' to logout.
Check-In
Check-In allows you to checkin the wine to a new location.
First, make sure the wine you are holding is the same bottle as in the photos. **
Select your current location and click on 'Check-In' (Red Button).
Check-Out
Check-Out allows you to checkout the wine from an existing location.
First, make sure the wine you are holding is the same bottle as in the photos. **
Select your current location.
Delivery Time - Select number of days needed for wine to reach the next location.
Click on 'Check-Out' (Red Button).
Consume
Consume allows you to tag the wine as 'Consumed'.
First, make sure the wine you are holding is the same bottle as in the photos. **
Select your current location and click on 'Consume' (Red Button).
** If photos show a different bottle, please check if the wine code entered is correct. If confirm the wine code has a wrong label, please report it to leewine001@gmail.com together with the wine code and photos of the correct labels.
How to upload labels for new bottle
When you found a bottle without label, click on the label
You will be redirect to the bottle menu page.
(Same page you will access for the bottle by scanning the QR code.)
If the bottle does not have any labels, a camera button will appear(next to help button). Click on it to upload labels.
Click on 'Choose File' for Front Label.
If you already have the photos, you can select the photo from storage to upload. Else please choose take a new photo (Camera icon).
If your camera has high resolution, please reduce your phone's camera resolution to prevent uploading big photos to the server.
Take a photo of front label (using horizontal view), make sure you capture the full label and it is readable.
Click on 'Choose File' for Back Label (if any back label).
Take a photo of back label (using horizontal view), make sure you capture the full label and it is readable.
You are now ready to upload the labels
Click 'Submit' to start the upload.
Uploading in progress, do not close the browser, pls wait for upload to complete.
When you see 'Success!', it mean the labels have been uploaded successfully. Scroll down to check the uploaded photo.
If you are not satisfied with the photos, pls upload again (you can only upload the labels once!). If you are satisfied with the photos, you can close the browser or click on 'Back' to return to menu page.
